I have to create the Irish Game 25 in C Programming. I havestarted this several times, and all of m attempts seem to beincorrect. I am hoping for some help to start this project, as in away to have the cards, shuffle them, and deal them out to players.The cards dealt must be accessible to players again in some otherform for them to select later to “play” the cards in theirhand.
