According to me, the external factors are the most influentialin the change process because these factors are uncontrollable andaffect the business and its change process. External forces arefactors outside the organization that are beyond a company’scontrol.These external factors might includecompetition; social, legal and technological changes, and theeconomic and political environment.
for example- Government changes the tax policy by increasing taxrate on manufacturing products then company does not have anycontrol
