I work for a manufacturing unit in a consumer goods company.There are people with disability in my plant and they have certainlimitation in order to carry out the work. Below things are done tohelp them out:

• Assigning the activity which a person can carry out with easewithout any restriction from disability. Example: A person who hasissue in leg will not be given task of material movement from onelocation to another
• Providing support and assistance whenever required – Allworkers are open and supportive to help out each other and makenecessary
