I need to do Matlab coding for this task

Create a vehicle speed detection and recognition using visiblespectrum imaging. That is To detect vehicle speed when it’s over agiven limit and capture the number plate, set a speed limit andwhen speed is above the limit, the camera captures the plate numberof the car.

The system consist of a digital camera unit, processing unit andstorage unit. The camera records traffic flow on a road and sendthe video to the processor.
