So, we performed a lab on sublimination process of CO2 (s),which required us to place a small piece of CO2 (s) aka dry iceinto an erlenmeyer flask and watch it getting sublimed. We wereasked to weigh the empty erlenmeyer flask before adding CO2 (s) andany sublimination process and after sublimination. Of course theflask weigh more after the sublimination since CO2 (g) is moredense than air.
My question is, what happens to the final result if CO2 (s)sample was too large (more than enough) to fill the flask?
