If we believe that employees are more attracted to ethical organizations, are moral motives as powerful as economic ones in people’s’ decision making? Why or why not?

It depends on the individual what exactly he focusses on or have strong in. If the person is morally sound and doesn’t want to compromise on it, then the moral motive would be powerful. Whereas if the need is high and the person is ready to compromise of the morality, then the economic motive would be more powerful in people’s decision making.
