Discuss an instance where information was vital for solving a problem. What information did you use? Where did you obtain the information? How did you analyze the information?

An instance where i had to deep dive into a problem to get to the root cause of it. This problem was causing rejections in the process.

I had to refer our department log book and critical quality records to seek solution to the problem. A similar incident occured about 6-7 months back. I intended to check what might have been the cause of occurance of the issue.
