C++ Write 2 functions. Program is going to ask user to input a.txt file with words with spelling error. Also, a dictionary.txtfile will also be opened by the program and store the words fromthe dictionary file into a multiset of strings. Words withincorrect spelling will have ** around the word and the finaldisplay with *s will be stored into a vector and displayed on theconsole.
