C++ Write 2 functions. Program is going to ask user to input a.txt file with words with spelling error. Also, a dictionary.txtfile will also be opened by the program and store the words fromthe dictionary file into a multiset of strings. First, write a function isValidWord that accepts a collection ofwords from a “dictionary.txt” and a depunctuated word, from anotherfunction named depunctuated, to check if the word has correctspelling. Return true if the word has valid spelling
