Say for instance I was hired by a University on Switzerland as an online adjunct instructor. The rules in Switzerland warrant part-time employees to make at least 60% equivalent of a full-time salary. Does this mean that as a part-time instructor in the USA working for a University in Switzerland I should receive the same compensation or should I be held to different standards?
