I am currently working as an Adult Assistant. My studentrelocated, and I do not have a student. Today, for the first time Iwork in what we call Fal’s room with special needs students. My sonwent to the same school, and I witnessed the fal’s program not do agood job. Staff is regularly on phones, and not paying anyattention to students. Most do not have the professional businessspirit to work with Fal’s students. Several incidents happenedtoday that should have be avoided had staff been doing their job.How do I share would love to work in the Fal’s program to helpwithout sounding
