Evidence Based Practice remains a big part of nursing on a daily basis. This offers validation to the current practice and reasoning behind it. Researchers continue to explore new ways to improve care and improve the health of patients. I see this being applied and learned in my current workplace. In our EMR we have quality assurance tabs that must be checked each time someone is in the patient’s chart. This tab alerts the staff what the patient may be due for or any updates
