Find a new policy, law or supreme court ruling from within the last year (United States only for this one) that appears to either have some elements of prejudice/discrimination built into it, or it was designed to eliminate prejudice/discrimination that did exist. Discuss in terms of chapter 9 in our text (i.e., how does it meet the definition of prejudice, is it a subtle form, what is the likely source of this particular form of prejudice?).
