Question Description
I have attached two files below. I want to keep Form 1 and edit the document so that it matches Form 2. Form 2 will not allow me to do what i want so i all i need is for Form 1 to be updated to exactly match Form 2. Form 1 needs lines inserted and so forth but other than that, Form 1 doesnt need much editing. If you have any questions im here to answer them.
