Question Description
I have been browsing a ton of composting sites like compostguide
Aside from the water retention benefits, no one seem to mention the transition from food waste to compost.
How much nutrients is lost? How much of the food waste is actually beneficial for the next gen of plants.
And how much of the compost method affect the nutrients left in the newly made compost?
And aside from the benefits that help to conserve water, what else do compost actually bring to the table that normal soil does not?
Does composting toilet produce the same quality of waste as food waste compost?
