The union and management are in adisagreement about whether the wording in the Collective BargainingAgreement (CBA) entitles seniority for overtime to be calculated onthe basis of each type of skilled employee, OR if it is to becalculated on the basis of seniority without regard to what skillsthe senior employee possesses. Management says that it must be onthe basis of senior skill-qualified employee, because if they needa machinist, having a custodian won’t do. The Union says thatManagement agreed to seniority without any reference to skill, sothe senior worker gets the overtime – THEN management can bring ina machinist on overtime,
