Lab 4 will introduce the various aspects of the SQL selectstatement and the methods of retrieving data from the databasetables. This lab will also introduce the fundamentals of updatingand deleting records. This lab may be completed using eitherDeVry’s Omnymbus EDUPE-APP lab environment, or a local copy of theMySQL database running on your own computer using the ACMEdatabase tables. The lab will utilize a set of tables thatare represented by the ERD (ACME.ERD.pdf) and arecreated and populated by the script file(Create_ACME_DB.sql). Follow the instructions inthe file CreateACMETables.docx to create yourdatabase, tables, and data.
