JQUERY ANIMATION QUESTION

I am struggling with this code where I have to create a jQueryanimation for a small ad that displays for a few seconds and add alogin form that display and hide. I AM NOT ALLOWED TO MODIFY THEHTML ORIGINAL CODE ORDER

These are the rules and steps I need to follow.

1.       I need to make jQuerycode to display an “ad” when the page loads. The user will have theoption to remove the “ad” when the user clicks on the “X”.
