IN java, you will write a program to translate text-speak intonormal English.
I will supply a file called abbrevs.txt containing a dictionaryof text abbreviations. Each line is an abbreviation, followed byits meaning, separated by commas. For example, part of the file maylook like this:

The first thing your program should do is to read that file intoa symbol table (I suggest using the RedBlackBST class from algs4)that you can use to look up an abbreviation to get the normaltext.
