My name is Gustave. I own a luxury hotel in Czechoslovakia. Theservice is old-fashioned, but

develop a computer system for me. The way my business works isthis:

Our hotel has over a hundred rooms. Most are Standard, but someothers are Luxury. In addition,

we have a few multi-room Suites. Guests make reservations aheadof time, or will register as

walk-ins. We have lots of repeat guests, and like to keep trackof their preferences in rooms, and

food. The bulk of the hotel staff are
