Thecircuit has a mode input bit, M, that controls its operation.Specifically, when M=0, the circuit becomes a 4-bit adder, and whenM=1, the circuit becomes a 4-bit subtractor that performs theoperation A plus the 2’s complement of B.Where A and B are two4-bits binary numbers. That is,

* When M=0, we perform A+B, and we assume thatboth numbers are unsigned numbers. So the maximum sum value will be15 (since we are assuming A and B are 4-bit numbers).

* When M=1, we perform A+ (B)2’s Complement.That
