Write an application that will
1. open the file
2. read in the scores
3. if a score is 70 or higher, add 1 to the total of passingscores
4. if a score is less than 70, add 1 to the total number offailing scores
5. Print out the total number of passing and failing scores, andthe overall average. It should look something like this (yournumbers will be different):
Number failed: 4
Number passed: 6
Class average: 78.2
