Select at least three competitor (or similar business)websites/systems to conduct a methodical analysis of eachcompetitor’s strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats (SWOT). Whyis this important? It is a widely accepted fact that a companyachieves success through the assets, skills, and competitiveadvantages that it brings into the marketplace. An analysis ofsuccessful competitors should reveal these sources of prosperityand assist you in structuring your business idea.
