The amount to be paid each month is to be called monthlyAmount,for each month we have a fixed:

monthlyAmount=interestAmount+downpaymentAmount

The interestAmount is always calculated as current debt *monthly interest rate. For example: loan amount 2 000 000 over 20years at 3% gives a montly amount of approx 11090,- and theinterest amount for the first month will be 2000000 * 0.003333 =6.666.
