Instructions
You are going to write a program that allows the user to play aguessing game in which your program “thinks up” an integer (byrandomly generating an integer using the Random class injava.util.Random) and then allows the user to make guesses untilthe user gets it right with cues that indicate whether the secretnumber is higher or lower than each guess.
