An alien living on a far-distant planet wishes to create adatabase that tracks members of the legislative body that makeslaws for its planet. This legislative body is known as the Regress.All members of the Regress have a unique id number, first name,last name, and geographic affiliation. Some members of the Regressare overspenders, others are obstructionists, and some are both ofthese things at the same time. However, there is no member of theRegress who is neither an obstructionist nor an overspender. Forobstructionists, we want to track their longest filibuster andnumber of self-contradictions.
