According to opencv in java, In BackgroundSubtractorMOG2, methodapply which is .apply(Mat image, Mat fgmask, double learning rate).What each parameters represent to and I have to add backgroundimage and new frame reading? because I dont understand,how themethod know which is background and what is different occur inimage.
