2. We know from class that quicksort is fast on average (O(nlog ) but may be very slow (O(n2)) in the worst case. Other sorting algorithm such as heap sort has a worst case complexity of O(n log n) but may be somewhat slower than quicksort on average (i.e. the constant is larger) In this problem we look at one way to combine the best features
