Productive Paranoia is the concept forwarded by Jim Collinswhich states that we generally learn from those mistakes from whichwe survive and therefore it does not imply that we should stoptakings risks instead we should always be asking questions andproviding alternatives to an existing concept which will help us bebetter and effective as well. The leaders should ensure that theyshould have alternative plans ready to be taken up and also ensurethat they work out for the betterment of the organization in aneffective manner and may be even better than the existing one aswell.
