I previously worked at a daycare, an example of how an employeeuses HR analytics would be how the staff is scheduled. We tend tobe short on children in the summer, so we don’t need as manyemployees. By scheduling less employees per shift and spreadingthem out throughout the week therefore, everyone still receiveshours to and a good paycheck. When school starts, our kids tend topick back up and we will need more staff members.
