As the head of Abu Dhabi Civil Defense, Risk Management Division,you have to approve the request to construct any new manufacturingfacility within the city borders.
You have received a request by Thoul Chemicals to erect a newchemical manufacturing facility on the border of the industrialarea. Adjacent (directly west) to the industrial area is aresidential area with 250 houses, 5 schools, a hospital, 2 shoppingmalls and a sports stadium.
The industrial area and the residential area is separated by asmall river which runs south to pass through some of the bestagricultural land in the country.
