You will write a 1-2 page letter about your chosen research paper policy issue emphasis. This formal letter will be addressed to your Congressional representative, either from the House of Representatives or the Senate.
The letter must include: an introduction (introducing the student as a constituent of the Member of Congress), a clear explanation of the policy issue and reason for concern/support, and your intent to research the issue further in your school studies.
