Yes it is true that you cannot think of everything. It always happens that you encounter with some unforeseen risk during the implementation process. In my opinion it is very important to make prior planning for mitigating such risk. As by developing certain options and actions you will always come out with plan B if the plan A does not work. It helps in reducing the threats and enhances the opportunities to meet the project objective.
