Positivism- Positivism is a philosophical theory, according to which all positive knowledge is based on natural phenomena and their properties as well as relations based on empirical sciences. According to this theory, only authentic knowledge is scientific knowledge and this knowledge can be derived from positive affirmation theories through scientific methods only. Whereas scientific methods here mean facts which are basically based on observable, measurable and empirical evidence. which are subject to the principles of reasoning and logic.
