Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a strategy of reducing the downtime & increasing the effectiveness of the facility by effectively maintaining and utilizing man, machine and materials. It brings maintenance of man & machine as focal point in effectiveness strategy of the facility.

What is purpose of TPM?
