Agency Law:
Agent is the representative of principal owner and he should act as per the instructions of him. There are stipulation to act within the rules and regulations of the principals. In case the agent works and acts against rules and outside of regulation the agent is alone liable for charges and principal is not liable in that case and cannot be held responsible for any charges or lawsuit.
