We have multiple generations in the workforce today, and they all need training. How does a trainer address the different ones, in regards to Traditional Training methods, in order to actually have a transfer of learning amongst them?

Successful trainning relies on effectice communication among staff,supervisiors,employees and make them feel indispensable befire trainning all should get that feeling we all speak same language ,we all are in same wave length.
