In order to monitor the satisfaction levels of employees anddetermine whether or not turnover will be an issue, an organizationshould implement some type of survey to receive feedback. Feedbackcan be used to address areas of dissatisfaction and improveattitudes in the workplace. It may also allow companies to have ameans of comparison to other organizations in their industry. Mostcompanies benefit from using existing measures that rely onworkers’ self-reports, as these measures often have significantdata on reliability and validity, and therefore allow forcomparison with other organizations.
