Steps 5a MOU Instructions

Upon completion of the bargaining:

Once agreement has been reached, the Management group should prepare a memorandum of understanding (MOU) listing the various changes the parties have agreed to. Items not listed as changing as assumed to remain as is, or as unaddressed. Select a representative of the Management group to send a copy of the MOU to the Service Workers Union.
A representative of the Service Workers Union should submit the finalized MOU here. (Please include “Finalized MOU” in the title of this submission).
