Small business are do not receive perks or allowances forhaving less than 20 employees when to comes to federal or stateregulatory agencies. For instance, the new health care law requiresall companies to file a 1099 for every single payee of the amountpaid is $600 or greater. This task is taxing and requires morelabor than the normal 1099 process. According to an article bySmall Business Trends, “World Bank economists recently showed thatentrepreneurs create fewer new businesses in countries withregulations that make starting companies more difficult.” (Shane,2013).
