Unfortunately I think that there is a lot of misalignment in your prospectus at this point. I think you could use some of what is in here, but I think you would benefit from breaking this down into sections.
Can you write the problem statement in a new document? In the attached PDF it describes how to do each section. Here is the directions for the problem statement. Can you write this up and sent it over to me?
