GCC countries ( Gulf coast operation Council) are located in Middleeast and they have very constrained political and legal system. These countries economy is not in a good shape as all the countries totally depends on oil business and foreign labors. Productivity has come down drastically because of lack of control or standerdisation in many areas.
Politically majority of the GCC countries are rule of autoractic government ( under Kings) this results on lot of restrictions for third party to start their business
