You are required to hold a meeting with at least 4 other peoplewho are risk management stakeholders and colleagues. The meetingcan be in a simulated workplace, which will be organised by yourassessor, or in the workplace. Your trainer will brief the meetingattendees on their role.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
Communicate the risk management process
Invite participation in the risk management process, includingidentification of risks
Obtain support for risk management activities
During the meeting you are to
Establish and use appropriate conventions and protocols whencommunicating with stakeholders about risk management
Use tools and techniques to generate a list of risks
Consult and negotiate with stakeholders
