I personally feel that the online and social media should beblocked at the workplace, not monitored; I see that as an invasionof privacy. It can be a distraction in the workplace, and canultimately lead to multiple unwanted things, or fraternization.Company’s should just block the options to access these type ofthings. While the company is outside of the workplace I think theirsocial media should be completely hands off, a company should notbe able to access employees social media accounts and I suggesteveryone has theirs set to as private as it can be.
