If you were the person in charge of setting employees’ salaries,how would you determine who would get what? Would it be based ontheir experience or the actual job description? If you foundsomeone that had the exact talent that the company is looking for(maybe even higher) do you feel that person deserves a highersalary, then another employee in the same exact position? I thinkthese decisions would be harder without the proper training on howto go about determining how to set someone’s salaries.
