Explain why labor union membership has declined in most industrialized countries after 1950.

Here are some reasons
Particularly in America RTW was an law formed by the government and it says that employees are not forced to join any union on the workplace. Although if they feel like they can join but forcefully they are not bound to join. They should not pay any compensation, fee, charges etc to any union. The compulsion was removed resulting more and more employees did not join the unions and unions started decreasing in America.
