To measure corporate performance , measures can be categorised into two types such as traditional and non – traditional measures. Traditional measures are the financial SWOT analysis considering ROI (return on investment), EPS (earning per share), Sales growth, residual income, capitalization of market etc. Wheres as non-traditional measures such as BSC (balanced scorecard) and EVA (economic value added) etc.
Apart from these measures for customers could be reduced cost , performance, responsiveness, communication improvements etc. Apart from this, measures related to employees could be job satisfaction, job security
