If someone performs any act to join any specific group or any organization then it will be called rites of initiation. In organization the employees made some groups and persuade other employees to join that group.
In my point of view it is not good for the organization. These groups are made not for productivity of the company but the personal goals. In any organization, people having common thinking come together and create
