Correlation: It is used to determine the relationship between the two variables. Linear relationship of two variables is represented by using Correlation. The extent to which the two variable can move together is indicated by the Correlation Coefficient.

Regression: This describes how an independent variable is numerically related to a dependent variable. It estimates one variable on the basis of another variable. This indicates the unit change in the known variable(x) on the estimated variable(y).
