Ethical Dilemma
1) Is stability good or bad for employers?
2) Do employers have ethical responsibility to provide work security for employees or just warning them about lack of security? i.e. downsizing in a few months.
3) If long term employment security is not feasible, what alternatives should employers provide to make sure employees smooth transition.
